FAQ:

CAN I GET MY DEPOSIT BACK?

ALL deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to make your appointment, you must provide at least a 24 hour notice, in which case your deposit will be upheld and put towards your rescheduled appointment. Any changes or cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in deposit forfeiture.

Reasons for forfeiting a deposit…

  • If you are more than 15 min late for your appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and another deposit will be required.

  • Not providing at least 24 hours notice to move your appointment.

  • Trying to cancel appointments all together. (no exceptions)

  • Not being prepared for your appointment resulting in a reschedule (i.e. forgetting documentation, wallet, etc.)

  • No call/no show.

DO PIERCINGS AND TATTOOS HURT?

That depends. Placement, pain tolerance, the person themselves, are all big factors. Any pain experienced is usually over in a few seconds when it comes to piercings. With tattoos there are even more variables. Length of session, swelling, ink retention, etc. As time goes on in the chair, they definitely can become more sore and tender.

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE?

To receive a tattoo, you must be 18 years old, no questions asked. For piercings, minors can be 14+ with parental consent (select piercings only), picture identification, and birth certificate. Parent and child BOTH must present picture identifications at the time of the piercing. Without parental consent, you must be 18.

CAN I BRING PEOPLE TO MY APPOINTMENT?

This is dependent on the artists. Some artists prefer to work in a quieter environment, and some don't mind a few people. Consult with your artist prior to your appointment if you plan to bring a guest with you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE OR MISS MY APPOINTMENT?

Any no call/no show will forfeit their deposit. If you know you are going to miss your appointment, we like to know 24 hours prior, so that we can fill the slot. If you are just running a bit late, call the shop and let us know. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment, our artists will either take walk ins or try to fill your appointment window with another client.

CAN I SEE MY DESIGN/DRAWING AHEAD OF TIME?

Our artists are usually very busy and booked up. With the amount of appointments we have, it is  pretty difficult to complete a drawing far in advance of an appointment. If our artists do, they will gladly share the design with you. Generally speaking, the artist will present the design to you the day of your appointment, and any minor tweaks or changes can be made then and there.

CAN I TAKE A DRAWING FROM AN ARTIST TO ANOTHER SHOP?

We will not draw up tattoos for clients to take the drawings to different shops. If you admire our artwork, but do not want a tattoo, all of our artists are more than happy to take on commissioned illustrations.
