Jess is a lifelong artist, born and raised in Plainfield, Connecticut. She started studying graphic arts at a trade school when she was a teenager and graduated in 2016. When she turned 18 Jess made the move to Providence, Rhode Island, in order to pursue a career in art, where she ended up working as an illustrator and watercolor artist. She was known for live painting large scale, surrealist artwork at popular events around Providence, like PVD Fest.
Jess began her journey as a tattooist in 2019, beginning an apprenticeship under Jesus Rios of Memento Tattoo, in East Providence. She became officially licensed in 2020, and started throwing ink under the Pleasure in Pain banner in 2022.
